my day thusfar (in bullets)
- was about to leave right on time, then couldn’t find my keys
- people don’t know how to drive on roundabouts
- the parking structure was full so I drove all the way up and all the way down without a spot
- There WAS one spot in the parking structure but the people on either side had parked like assholes and made it unusable
- The parking lot that I cut through to get to the other parking lot that I park in decided to be the ONLY parking lot to require you to swipe a pass to get in even though parking doesn’t close up until next week. There was a man standing there who told me this and also refused to swipe me through so I could get to the other lot.
- Was almost late to my first class
- First class made me feel stupid
- Made it to my second class on time but, when at 12:30, when the class started, it was only me and three other people in the room, I was quite alarmed.
- Had to book it to the lake house, where our class actually was.
- In class, we didn’t actually have class but were forced to talk to some high school students who just wanted to eat their food and go home. My student hated her life and school.
- Get to the student center excited to nom on a burrito from the new chipotle-esque restaurant and discover that, of course, it’s not open yet.
- Saw JF sitting at the desk in the office he apparently works at. Did not say hi, did not make eyecontact, did not collect $200 (that was my lame attempt at angry monopoly humor)
- Got subway, and while devouring my sandwich, got a BURNT MEATBALL. WTF.
- Got scratched up while unboxing our composite that was delivered FINALLY
and now I have to talk my little sister into not quitting the sorority.
what a day.
